I have heard about someone adding dry graphite to PC bullets. Has anyone else ever heard/tried this? Does it help any?
Thanks

Help with what?
I believe the graphite would kill the static and prevent powder from sticking.
"In God we trust, in all others, check the manual!"
I guess you could poof it on when the powder it the wet stage.
I don't see any advantage to adding it.
You mean does it make the coating slicker, increase velocity/ improve accuracy??
Interesting question.
fergit it. PC by itself is plenty slick enough. And why add anything that might prevent it from working correctly?
try it in a small batch and see if the boolit still passes the smash test and let us know. I believe a little bit would go a long way.
If I had a Chrono my might try it 1/2 a pinch -w- a tsp of powder and ?????
Tried so very fine Teflon with powder coat using the electro-static gun. Worked fine in coating the bullets. Did not see any difference in shooting the bullets. Quite using the Teflon in the power coat since I could see in differences. Have coated thousands of cast bullets with the gun process.
Powder coating is the best process for me doing a lot of cast bullets.
Not sure what the improvement would be. Or what improvement is needed?
