Remington 700 Mountain rifle/7mm Mauser.
My savage 110BA in 300 Win Mag has shot a few moa groups, and many near MOA groups at a mile (1760 Yards). It shoots way beyond its price point! Love it when that happens!
My inexpensive CVA Hunter in 243 Win. It shoots most any factory ammo into 1" at 100 yards and handloads with the 95 gr. Nosler BT into little holes about the size of a single 45 cal. bullet.
I have taken several antelope with this rifle at extreme range and can't be more pleased with its performance.

rem model 600 in .308
Sako 30-06 I bought my second tour in Germany, I picked it up at the factory, still holds the 1/2 MOA, it shot during test firing, about 200 meters, which is close enough for a dead on hold out to 250yards.
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left.

Looking for a Hensly &Gibbs #258 any thing from a two cavity to a 10cavityI found a new one from a member here
BSA 222 Rem.
CZ 550 American .22-250 and a Savage 116 FSAK in 7mm STW. Both 1/2 MOA.
I am not surprised at the frequent mention of the 788 Remington here. I must include a model not mentioned on this thread yet. I shot a three round group from my brothers Remington 7600 30-06 about 25 years ago in preparation of the Missouri firearms opener. The load was 56.5 of IMR 4350 using CCI BR primer and Hornady 165 BTSP. There was one hole that was just slightly taller than it was wide. It was only as wide as the .308 bullet. That was at 150 yards. That is still the best group I have ever fired from a factory rifle.
I have a few that are limited by the owner's skills. A Ruger 22-250 that shoots a 55gr VMax/35gr IMR4895, A Ruger 338WM that likes 225 Hornadys and Reloader 22, a Tikka T3 6.5X55 that shoots any 140gr bullet, and a Browning BLR 358Win that shoots best with IMR3031 and a 200 gr bullet. None of these are expected to leave paper between 3 or 5 bullet holes at 100 yards. The ones that recoil require some refamiliarization practice if it's been months since they were last shot.
The two most accurate:
An L46 Sako in 222 Rem Mag
Remington 700 CDL in 35 Whelen
bought em many years ago and still have em.
I also had a Rem 788, in 7mm-08, back in the 80's. Shot very well. 1 1/2" with plain factory ammo. I could get 1/2" with some reloads. I credit the short barrel for the accuracy.
Since I have not owned many rifles, it remains the most accurate I have owned.
Kind of Odd:
Here we are on "CAST BOOLITS" and most posts are citing
accuracy with Jacketed bullets.........

I have a Remington XP-100 in .223 with a Lilja 24" barrel and a McMillan varmint style stock. It has a Jewel trigger and a Leopold 6.5x20-40 scope. With Sierra bullets it shoots really good and with my rimfire jacketed bullets it shoots about 1/2" at a hundred yards.
She's my #1 varmint getter.

Political correctness is a national suicide pact.
I am a sovereign individual, accountable
only to God and my own conscience.
Remington 700 ADL in 30-06. It's a 1 MOA rifle with most ammo, and can shoot nice sub MOA groups with tailored loads. I think the best I've done is 3/4" at 100 yards. I doubt that's the best the rifle can do.
Shilen DGA Benchrest in 222 Remington... A true 1 hole, full-blown benchrest rifle, but it was "factory built".
Hannibal,
YOu are correct, the projectile criteria was not SPECIFICALLY defined. J is easier.
Indeed, I, too shoot J s . Esp for my varmint rifles. NO Problem....
BUT:
I was only referring to perhaps an "understood?" venue here of shooting "Cast Boolits"
That is why I attend with great anticipation of us all sharing cast bullet info/rifle shooting.
