Own this mold in 308, 358 and 411. The 358 and 411 shoot very well but the 308 has been an endless frustration. Recently upgraded to a Tikka 308 T3 target suppressor ready (below). My experience w/cast boolits leads me to believe the smaller the diameter the harder to get small groups. There WAS a story on the NEI site about super accurate loads in a 308 40X with this driving band boolit.
No question the Tikka with its Schmidt 4-16x50 will drive tacks.
Could use some step by step advice on building a super load with this combo.
