I'm curious how, if they did, they got around the SBR regs?
If they did, I'd be interested in one in .357!
I believe that specific model was manufactured for the Canadian market. Would not be available here without tax, tags and wait.
Sweet! Add 4" to that barrel/magazine and I'd be in for one.
I'm going to check into one ......Montana is open but we still have to follow the Machine-gun Act of 1934... but we can own a machine-gun with the tag & tax stamp.............But more so the take down should maybe fit into the 1894 TD ????? Hmmm Ol Deuce

Did I actually see him handle and load that rifle TWICE with a round in the chamber and the hammer cocked?
Taylor's markets this one and also has a 16" version. Very sweet and very high on my bucket list.
I thought about ordering one but decided to build my own SBR using a stainless Rossi 92 instead. Mine won't be a takedown since I don't need that feature but will be used with a suppressor most of the time. Just waiting on the stamp now.
Keep moving forward!

I've recently seen a very small pump shotgun for sale, short barrel, etc., that requires only a $5 AOW stamp. Seems if it was originally manufactured like that it somehow manages to get around the NFA rules. Perhaps this falls into the same category.
This one: http://www.serbu.com/super-shorty-ao...-12-gauge.html
right at 1400$
and they do come in longer barrel lengths.
I wonder if they would pound the lever back into the correct shape if you asked them nicely.
That lever is in the right shape to get a mitten in, it is called the Alaskan after all. lol
They do offer a take down version with a 16 inch barrel in .357. https://www.chiappafirearms.com/p.php?id=107
I like that little carbine and that lever works good with my big fat man hands.plus I would get the 16 inch barrel thats my favorite .
