Need help with Garand clips "BR-W 5"

I have acquired six Garand clips already loaded with older (40's and 50's) mil rounds. The clips are marked "BR-W 5" (see photos). I see them for sale on eBay with confusing descriptions. Some Sellers are describing them as made during WWII and others seem to claim after WWII. So what is correct? Also, I don't see any scratches on the outside of them to indicate they were ever used, but obviously they have been loaded at least once. So are they used or unused? Does the BR-W indicate Borg Warner? How much should these be worth? Thanks for any advice you can offer and for any links to finding out more about them.

Garands are fun to research and collect/shoot. Lots of stuff on the internet.
