Same or Different - Super Durable Wet Black from PBTP and APP

Curious if the super durable wet black from Powder by the Pound and AllPowderPaints is the same or different?

Anyone tried both? Forum posts suggest both work fine for ASBBDT.

I currently have a couple pounds from PBTP and just order 2lbs from APP because it was cheaper and people said it worked.

Am I buying the same powder at a cheaper price, or are they somehow different? In a good or bad way? Or just different equal?

Looking at the 2 websites. They do differ slightly, but could they still be the same and just represented differently by each company.

    Both are TGIC

    PBTP:
Cure Schedule = 400f/10 Min at Part Metal Temperature
Gloss Level = 95% On 60 Degree Meter
    Recommended Mil Thickness = 2.0 - 3.0 Mils.
    Specific Gravity = 1.26
Theoretical Coverage = 61.0 Sq. Ft.
Salt Spray Results = 3,000+ Hours
    Humidity Resistance = 1,000+ Hours

    APP:
    SUPER DURABLE WET BLACK
    SUPER DURABLE POLYESTER TGIC
CURE TIME = 400F/10 MIN @ PMT (PART METAL TEMPERATURE)
GLOSS LEVEL = 98% (HIGH GLOSS)
    SPECIFIC GRAVITY = 1.2 - 1.8
    THEORETICAL COVERAGE = 51.5 SQ. FT/LB
SALT SPRAY RESULTS = 3,000+ HRS

No idea if they are the same, but I used the APP one with very good results. Thinking of it there must be some differences , kind of like trade secrets that go into each brand. Still the main thing is you will not be disappointed in the app one.

Comparing them side by side, they look and spoon the same. They even use similar stickers, fonts, and packaging. If you had 2 unmarked bags side by side from both companies and their names weren't listed, you could never tell the difference.

I've not yet had a chance to coat and shoot any, but I suspect there won't be any difference at all. I'll post my results once I have some.
