White Label Lube has a product called BAC which is basically 50/50 with some carnuba added. What do you guys think of this lube?
It's supposed to be pretty soft requiring no heat.

Good stuff! I use it in a Lyman 450, no heater needed. I have used it on gas checked bullets in a .35 Rem. up to about 2,000 fps and no leading. Could probably go faster.
My order of BAC just showed up this weekend. It is pretty soft, and seems to work great. I don't have a lubersizer yet, and BAC worked great for pan lubing. When the lube was mostly cooled off, I pulled the boolits out by their noses; each one gave a nice little "pop" sound as it left the lube.
No leading and left my barrel nice and shiny.
I have used both the BAC and Carnuba Red with all my handgun calibers and it has worked great.
BAC is Carnauba Red mixed 50/50 with 50/50 alox/beeswax. Unless I'm mistaken (you know, wrrrrr...).
We need somebody/something to keep the government (cops and bureaucrats too) HONEST (by non government oversight).
Every "freedom" (latitude) given to government is a loophole in the rule of law. Every loophole in the rule of law is another hole in our freedom. When they even obey the law that is. Too often government seems to feel itself above the law.
We forgot to take out the trash in 2012, but 2016 was a charm! YESSS!
I've been using it with .38 wadcutters and light loads in a .30-06. It works fine in both. No leading at all at the low velocities I'm using.
ive ran it thru my 1911 3k rounds no leading. great stuff and great guy to buy it from. -chris
I bought a sackful, great lube, great price!
Great lube for paperpatching. I have used most everything and none is better.
If not for making my own lube, White label would be my next option.

I used it for my 1911, along with 2500+ and the 50/50. I thought the 50/50 was pretty messy, but the 2500+ and BAC are okay. I think the BAC is a little stiffer than 2500+.
I use BAC for all my Pistol boolits and my rifle boolits up to 2000 fps. I have it in my stars now and they do like a very little bit of heat to get it to flow in my cool basement. I would rate it Low smoke as compared to straight 50/50. I sometimes will add a 1/8 stick of Carnuba Red to the BAC then melt it all together and pour it in my lubersizers for a little stiffer rifle boolit lube. Lar's is a great guy to deal with.

I have been using BAC in everything including 9mm, 30 WCF, 38-55, 357mag and 45 ACP. Works great. Have not had a barrel lead good accuracy from all calibers.
Am I the only person that has to use a heater to get BAC to flow very well??? I swiched from 50/50 to BAC and found it to be much stiffer and that's when I bought the heater. And before anyone asks if I'm reloading in a shack in North Dakota, no, I reload in the house in FL with the A/C set at 75. I moved to the garage where it's usually at least in the 80's and that didn't help much. I will say this though, it doesn't need much heat or you will have a mess.
I set my heater to 90 for BAC. I use quite a bit of it.
KE4GWE - - - - - - Colt 1860, it just feels right.
I have not found anything that BAC does not work great with. I do have to add a little heat when lubeing in the winter. My loading room is not well heated.

My go to lube. In the Upper Midwest winters, heat is necessary to get it moving. In the summer. No issues at all
My 450 is mounted on a quarter inch aluminum plate. 15 minutes from an clothes iron on medium is the trick.

All I use; I generally end up using my heater though. Of course it doesn't get quite as hot up here . I can't remember what its smell reminds me of, but I like it & it's a great lube @ a great price .

After a bit of experimenting I have come up with a variation that works well for me. I melt 2 sticks of Carnuba Red with 1 stick of Bac. I now have a lube that is less sticky yet flows thru my Lyman 450`s with no heat needed. I have used it in various calibers up to the mid 20`s range of velocity.Robert
