I also find a bit of OS helps sizing the larger PC bullets. Even one every 4-5 makes things better. I suppose polishing the cheap Lee sizing die would help too.

I wondered where the EX went! See she's in West V. Word to the wise, ornery is being charitable. Gp
I have seen that one.....except she was green.....and caused by drinking absinthe! Beware the "Green Fairey"! She and her evil sisters live in the 4 different brands of that magic elixer I have in my "collection".

Tried nose sizing with NOE nose sizer (305). Body sized 308, H.T. coated -scrapes the coating off. Lee sized 3085 ESPCd, same thing. Both lubed with veggy oil for test. It doesn't appear to MOVE lead, just shears it. Post body sizing just moves the lead ring back to the nose. I suppose it will work for grease lubed boolits. I had to lube both coated boolits for the body sizer to not remove coating. Quality is great and it doesn't take up as much room as 5 Lee cases. Only commenting as some are thinking this will solve chambering problems - NOT. My moulds are slick sided so lube is needed due to long sizing surface in the body die. May work better for L.G. boolits.
Whatever!
I've had that problem before as well, honestly I use lemon pledge to lube them up. Works great, always on hand as well.
No, I'm using this one from Home Depot:

Not sure how castor Oil, Ivory Soap, Lanolin, Bees Wax, Carnauba Wax and paraffin can degrade powder coat after it has been cured.
I experienced the same problem with sizing PC'd rifle CB's through a Star and used the same solution to the problem. PC is not a lube but a polymer coating which simply forms a barrier between the Pb alloy and the barrel which prevents leading.
The Star does not have the mechanical advantage or strength of a single stage reloading press and when PC'd CB's are sized through Lee sizing dies in a reloading press it feels that not much effort is needed but this not the case.

I have used a dry powder lube to help size some of the coated bullets. Wad Slick Mica powder is really slippery and adds to the lubricity of the coating. No idea about long term effects but I've put a couple thousand thru my XD45 and no signs of wear yet.
I haven't tried moly spray yet just because it's too messy.
