it's this weekend who will be there
was there about 2 years ago, is it still in the place across from the sports/concert arena. I liked it better than denver's, more spacious and room between isles.
yes its in the same place. from what i've read it will be in the same place untill the place is gone
The gun club has signed a contract for at least 5 more years at this site. Good news.
Was to be moved to a casino near Mulvane, KS. Wife would of loved it.
Next weekend is the giant Wanamacher Fun show in Tulsa if memory serves me right. The weekend after I think we have another in Wichita. Thats what I have down in my calandar anyways.

Casting, reloading, shooting, collecting, restoring, smithing, etc, I love it all but most importantly, God, Family, The United States Constitution and Freedom...
God Bless our Troops, Veterans and First Responders!
Diligentia, Vis, Celeritas
Accuracy, Power & Speed
Looks like the show will be promoted by R-K, to be held at the same location, 85th north and the interstate.
good to know that there will be another gun show close enough and on a payday lol
I plan to go on Saturday. Gun show fever!
Went to a gun show in Salem, Oregon last Saturday. What a disappointment. Everything was SO over priced it was ridiculous. Over retail on about everything. Found one thing to buy. A fellow had a baggie of good 303 British brass for $25. Said there was 100 in the bag but I could see it was more than that. Bought it and brought it home. Ran it through the SS pin, Dawn and Lemishine routine and counted as I went. Total of 182 cases. Was happy about that. Guess I have to add th3 $6 entry charge so $31 total. Still not bad for good 303's.
I still like small town gun shows very much. Haven't been to the one in Wichita in years and years, used to make the Topeka one pretty regular, but not lately. Went to one in Herrington yesterday and Abilene the weekend before (essentially the same show, all the same folks for the most part) and I love those two. Lots of collections and old stuff boxes to paw over, plus friendly people who are mainly there as a social outlest, not to make money.
Nothing worse than a gun show with nothing but dealers and new merchandise. If I wanted that, I'd go to their shops during the week.
I agree. I look for the individual who has set up getting rid of unwanted items. Will have to try Herrington and Abilene. Has been years since i went to either of those shows.
