Centerpoint return for warranty work any luck?

If you sent back a Center Point scope for warranty work particularly the scopes that come with a Crosman gun in a package did they hold up or did they go bad too?

Its hard to say for sure but odd are that it'll go bad too. The centerpoints that come in the combos are without a doubt the least expensive of the manufacturers lineup.
The 4x's actually hold up well for a 5 dollar scope, the 3x9x32's seem more troublesome. Your best bet is to swap it off throught CP for a new one and then sell\use it on a non spring powered rifle. Then add some cash and buy an aftermarket higher quality airgun scope. Get a good one and a lot of frustration will disappear, Nothing wrong with another centerpoint but get one of the 75.00 and up models.

They would probably just send out a new one.

My issue is if the return scope is still no bargain and iffy then might as well save the money towards shipping abd apply to a different scope.

Don't get an Optima, my Hatsan 95 Vortex broke that thing right away! I would recommend a Leapers/UTG, or a Hawke and a set of good mounts.
