    NEI Nosepour design

I came across a nose pour 30 caliber NEI, just wondering if it is original or someones after the fact work. It has a pivot at the bottom with a disk, and opens and closes a lot like the hollow base moulds that were built on RCBS type blocks. I will post a photo...but just wondering what I have here. It is a heavy 30 with a gas check, so that leads me to believe original....

I also have a nose pour NEI 30 caliber, found NIB in an El Paso gunshop around 1990.
