I am too ashamed to even think about showing a pic of my "casting pot" and casting area. I don't even skim the clips from the wheel weights off the surface of the melt before casting... just flux and go!
Yes, you might be....... So what?
They look great! Keep up the good work.

My boss always said a clean desk is the sign of an empty mind.
My lead pott was that clean in 1963. Since then it's never been empty.
You are finicky about how your equipment looks and acts. That is it.
When you get to the point like me. That when you put your cast & sized bullets in there storage container. They are neatly stacked in even rows. Then you are OCD
OCD stands for Obsessive-Compulsive-Disorder. Two note: I like the poster who suggested it should be "CDO" -- in correct, alphabetical order. 2ndly, not so jocund, is the heeding re any "mental" challenge. Several years ago a colleague went to a licensed psychologist for cigarette smoking cessation therapy; third part insurance paid for most of it -- BUT -- this -- going to a psychologist for 'treatment' -- was cause enough for his pistol permit application to be denied.
(Don't tell anyone, but for years students used to accuse me of 'infecting them with OCD')

I admire your discipline, but won't try to copy. On my bench, every time I move something, it starts an avalanche. Everything is within reach, but in which layer?
Information not shared. is wasted.
I'm impressed you have that much energy! I don't have it so I tend to focus my efforts on getting more boolits cast or getting more ammo loaded with the energy I have rather than making everything look neat. I suppose my approach causes me problems that cost time in the long run but I just deal with the problems as they come.
if you reload and are not, there's something wrong!! I find myself to be selectively ocd...and it drives my wife nuts!
Looks great to me.
Could you stop by my shop next Saturday afternoon?

Big deal my wife is OCD, I 'm a slob. It has worked sweet for us for the last 44 years.
OC because it's not a disorder, it's a Way of Life.

Mal Paso means Bad Pass, just so you know.
Obessive compulsive dissorder?
I'm glad I'm not a sufferer.
