I need suggestions for mild cast loads in a Ruger Hawkeye .257 Roberts. Any feedback appreciated.

I load 16 grains of 2400 and the Redding 120/258GC boolit in my M70 257Bob with excellent accuracy. Even better for somewhat higher velocity is 40-42 grains of WC860 (surplus .50BMG powder)
Your reply is appreciated. Any idea of the velocity of either of the loads? Is that boolit available from a commercial caster?
I don't buy anything from commercial casters as they are almost always too small in diameter to shoot accurately. Velocity on the 2400 load is right around 1550-1600, the WC860 load is about 1850fps. Boolits are WDWW and sized .2585.
That's the velocity level I'm looking for. Thanks!
At the moment 4198 is available at most places I go to for powder and my 250-3000 loves that powder with a 100 gr boolit at about 1850 fps. Your Lyman book will get you there for the exact load.
