I'd say things that some here would not think were humanly possible. Such metalwork to make you cry a tear of joy, even if you were a terminator.
The finish is more black than anything. Smooth as my Brittany's lips. Lug underneath looks stainless, as it is bright, no blue on it. Marked on the lug is 1-14.... My first quick peeks on the net is that should be dee-vine for 250 plus grain boolits.
The old retrobate wants me to mount it right now, but I have no plain base boolits yet. Too rainy to cast up some 41-260-FN right now. I do have some SAECO 220s cast up, but no GCs, and lubing will be messy, but not fun.
Nice recessed crown. MGM sends a few pages, some regrettably are lawyer-speak saying don't blow up your gun, then there is a break-in proceedure which would be too expensive for XTPs, and an accuracy gaurranty which is not the norm for some manufacturers... BUT they are quite clear that if you can't make it pop and send it back, they will see what they can do, and if it shoots for them, they will send it back with the targets and loads, and charge you $40.
All in all, not a bad deal.
