    Need insight on Loadmaster problem.

I have a 4 year old Lee Loadmaster that has worked well up until this last week. It has begun failing to index due to the carrier head rotating counter clockwise until the little flapper on the index rod loses contact with the 'O' upright of the press. I can loosen the nut on the bottom of the ram, re-set the position, tighten it down and it's good for about 15-20 rounds. Then it happens again. Over and over. Anyone dealt with this problem? Something is just plain worn out probably, but what? The shaft, bolt, or something else?

The draw bolt needs to tightened to 11.6 ft/ lbs.. The top of the ram is toothed and it is designed to create indentations in the bottom of the carrier. If you have already tightened the draw bolt to the proper settings I would inspect the draw bolt threads for wear.
