    2 powder loads in tula?

Tula works well in a very tight chambered 1911 I have, and wanted to take some measurements to, well, have garage time mostly..... I pulled the bullet and got about 4.6 grains of powder in it (used inertia puller, may be off on the charge ) but the appearance through me off. Seems like 2 different colored powders, a grey and a brown. Also the j word measured 0.4500 to 0.4505, which I guess why it works fine and my 0.451 bullets wont. Also the 230 grain j word was 228.4.... I think they are trying to cheat me out of some lead haha.Click image for larger version.

turn all the green/grey ones over, I bet they are black on the other side.
4.6-4.8 grs puts the powder in the red-dot/bulls-eye area.

No telling what's in foreign ammo. I pulled some surplus 8mm ammo, the stuff inside looked like very roughly crushed charcoal. Needless to say it fed the flowers. GW
