That is a good price. I have seen a lot of interest on here lately in building/buying heaters.

I use it under a LAM I
That is a really good price on the Lyman Universal heater. I use it on a RCBS LAM-II. It's drilled for the hole patterns on Lyman/RCBS, SAECO, and Star lubrisizers.

I use a 4X12 piece of 1/2 inch aluminum plate to mount my RCBS and put a travel size iron on the other end to dial in the needed heat. Works well and cost less than half of the commercial one.
No drilling or permeant mounting needed. I use a small c-clamp to hold the RCBS to the plate and another one to hold the plate to my bench. That way everything tears down easy and is not hard to store when the need arises. Take care David

I use one of these under my SAECO lubrizer. Works great.

Since I use a auto lube feeder, I use a 4x6 piece of aluminum first, then a 6x12 piece to place the iron on, then the lubersizer. This way the heat transfers to the lubersizer better and not lose as much heat to the bench. With the clothes iron, the heat is adjustable.

I got one of them years ago for my 450 and works good but just to let you know that when the lube is up to temp un plug it and keep usen it.For how it was before the heater this make life easyer on me and the press.

A while back some one posted they just warm the sizer with a hair dryer. It works very well fer me as I just need a little warmth to make it easy fer the BAC to flow. I don't use hard lubes but it should not be a problem warming it up enough to get harder lubes to flow well.
