    large stationary molds

    Anyone ever put any thought into casing like investment casting.
    A huge 50-100 cavity, maybe even plaster mold
    Come and take them, Boolits first.

    What would be the advantage? You lose the mold when you break out the boolits? Seems like a lot more work.
