AR2206H (H4895) would be a good choice cast or jacketed. There is plenty of data and if you have only jacketed data you can use the Hodgdon 60% rule to arrive at cast data. AR2208(varget) could do well although more finicky to reduce.
ars longa, vita brevis
It may not be ideal in all of them, but 4895 will work in 22-250 up to 375 H&H
i like 4895 also if not 4350 or 3031 just my .02
4895 either H or I.
3031 is my stand by just in case powder. I have an acceptable load for every rifle I own with 3031.
4895 of the choices you list--I prefer 748 in the 30-30 and 308, but NOT in the 30=06. Really, I go with 4350 for the 06, and 748 for the other two. But 4895 is the better all around choice It works very well in the 45-70 and 348 as well.

4895 "cause I KNOW it will work in the Garands and M1A's.

IMR3031 for cast boolits, IMR 4350 for jacketed
why would you even want to use just one powder for all three of those different rounds. Heck at my house thered be at least 3 different powders for each of them.
748 or 4895. I only used 748 for a long time. Added 4895 for the 35cals and it's worked well in the 30s as well.
If it was me and for some reason I really, Really, REALLY HAD to do those 3 with one single powder, it'd probably be IMR-4064, but I'd never be very satisfied. Those who are less demanding of their ammo could do it, though.
Personally, unless there's some really good REASON for wanting only one powder, I'd forget it and go with IMR-4350 in the '06, something like IMR-4895 in the .308 and something like Leverevolution in the .30/30, but that's just me.
If you're after cast, and don't want top velocities, you could do worse than 2400, 4198, 5744 or 4759 - whichever you can FIND now.
Varget. IMR 4064, 4895, 3031.
I'd pick 4895 if had to pick ONE of those powders for those three cartridges.
If I could choose only ONE powder for those three cartridges it would be Varget.
I vote get a reloading manual. Then look at 3031
4895, Doesn't matter which one but, I have IMR4895. I could get by with any one of them, if I had to.
