Bass Pro has pistol powder!

Just bought 2 pounds of red dot which I have been searching for high and low for almost a year now.

Sorry guys. I got the last two pounds of 2400 they had last night. I checked with them and they won't get any more 2400 until December. I almost didn't get it but decided that I would get it while the getting was good. Sorry.

I ordered 5 pounds of Bullseye which will be delivered to the store just a few miles away.
It has been a VERY long dry spell for pistol powder here in southern California !

This is good news! This means that soon my local Cabelas will have pistol powder on the shelves!

Yep, just bought a pound of Unique at the Cabelas in Kansas City, Kansas. Finally!! They also had some Accurate No.7 on the shelf but not sure for how long.

I just called and had them check my order and she checked, came back and told me none of my order was on back order.

However, I had her put a note on it saying to cancel anything backordered as the hazmat made it not worth it.

I guess I will just have to wait and see what I get.

I really appreciate this post! I have been running dangerously low on unique and have treated my stock as if though it was the last unique on earth! I ordered a few pounds of it and had it shipped to my local store. I really needed some bullseye too, but it just wasn't. In my budget right now...a sick feeling not being able to add it to my order, but I bought several pounds of zip back when it was all I could get so that should fill in for my bullseye type loads for quite a while and too I have plenty other pistol powders in the bin, but unique is my favorite for many applications and thanks to this thread I'm set for a while now. Thanks again for the heads up!

thank you posting! Was in the Springfield store Monday and they had a couple of expensive bottles of rifle and BP on the shelves. No pistol powder at all. Was able to order Unique and Bullseye, today, shipping to store so it was as cheap as my LGS charges when he has in stock, which has not been for a long while. (bet he'll have some next week:---) If so, I'll buy another pound or two.

Thanks for posting this. We just got a Bass Pro in Cary and it was real nice to find some of the powders I've been looking for and have them sent to the store. Now just need some HP38 or Win 231!
