Lol. I saw that last night and even got some. 《=Isn't it sad that we are a little excited about this?

$2.97 here, and with my WinnDixie points card, it was $2.47/gallon. It felt good to fill up!
KE4GWE - - - - - - Colt 1860, it just feels right.
$2.94 at Phillips 66 (non ethanol gas) when I filled my motorcycle last night. Couple of cents cheaper at some of the other places.
Of course gas prices have dropped! We're in a pre election cycle!

An old Cherokee was teaching his grandson about life. "Inside me two wolves fight," he told the boy.
"One is evil - he is anger, envy, greed, arrogance, self-pity, resentment, lies, false pride, and ego. The other is good - he is joy, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, generosity, truth and faith. The same fight is inside you - and every other person, too."
The grandson thought for a minute and asked,"Which wolf will win?"
The old Cherokee replied, "The one you feed."
Selling for $2.26 on the stock market. $2.979 here
It always goes down before an election.. especially one where it looks like the Democrats will lose. Enjoy it until Thanksgiving.
I drive a diesel car, and the farmers (and me too!) are still getting hit by the "harvest time increase" so I don't have much love right now for the election gas drop...
High test is still about $4/gal near my roost.

$3.14 for gas and $3.59 for farm grade diesel yesterday. $82 later I had my winter supply of fuel for my 2 tractors for snow plowing my yard.Robert
I saw one gas station advertising $2.98 for regular yesterday.
It's been running right around $3.00/gal for a few weeks here and I saw $2.99 last Sunday.
I'm hoping propane follows that downward trend!
It`s $2.79 here in Lowell Michigan.
That's about right. 18.4 cents on the gallon federal excise gasoline tax plus the state tax (20.2 for Va., 22 cents per gallon in Iowa), toss is some transportation/distribution costs, the distributor's mark up and leave some room for the final retailer's profit and you're getting pretty close to $3.00/ gallon final cost with taxes.
