What technique do you guys use for powdercoat ladders? Do you start with the lead loads in your manual and work up to jacketed loads, or just start with jacketed?

I'm using lead data in most cases. Mainly just target practice, not really defense rounds. So I keep loads low to keep costs down.
Same here. I believe I could use jacketed data, but I've only ever loaded with cast so I just keep using cast data.
Has anyone here used jacketed data successfully?
I don't have any real published lead data for the calibers I load. For 40SW I have been using jacketed data and have had no problems. Loads tend to run slower, and lower pressure. For rifle, I just use Ed Harris loads.
Mostly the Hodgdon jacketed data, pistol or rifle. Other from established users at CB, for non-listed loads.
Whatever!
