I have been playing with 6661 lube for several weeks now. I have only used it in rifles so far.
I believe that this is the best lube that I have used.
No first shot fliers.
Easier to make than FWFL.
Mine is a little softer than FWFL.

Glad you like 6661......not all beeswax is the same across the entire planet....there will be some variance due to feedstock. My Satan's Lube is fairly soft too, kinda reminds me of LBT Soft blue lube, but it remains as it should even when left out in warm weather. You are using it in the irons it was designed for, the pistol thing was just a happy coincidence...........HAVE FUN and ENJOY the simplicity of it all....wooohoooo.
