The solid soft lead bullet is undoubtably the best and most satisfactory expanding bullet that has ever been designed. It invariably mushrooms perfectly, and never breaks up. With the metal base that is essential for velocities of 2000 f.s. and upwards to protect the naked base, these metal-based soft lead bullets are splendid.

Forget everything you know about loading jacketed bullets. This is a whole new ball game!
I've never actually seen one, but I'd like to have a plate that is "NOT APP"

I bleed when handing this back into the Department.
It cost $99 a year to keep it now.
the $99 is above the usual registration and insurance ($950) since it is an "out of sequence" number plate.
Not a license plate but, At the County Fair's demolition derby one car was numbered 80HD.
