Picked Up A Few 30 cal

Picked up 5 nice 30cal molds yesterday one was a like new Saeco-Cramer RG4 with a custom nose it's in the original box from Pasadena Ca. I casted a few with it and they are sure nice looking boolits.

You say it has a custom nose.

If it is the same mold you have in the photos, it looks identical to mine.
Are you saying the nose of the bullet is different than other RG-4's ?

Thats what it says on the box, I think it's the taper or Dia. of the nose that is diff, this is the first Saeco-Cramer I have found in the old box and I grew up right down the street from Pasadena & Santa Anita ave. but i'll most likely pass this one on as I have a several others (H&G Ideal) casting same.

If you want I can post what it says on the box.

Classic! How great for you to have scored such a find. All of my SAECO stuff is from Carpenteria, CA after they moved. Nice piece of history and nice boolits too!

It isn't an issue with me, I was just curious about it being a custom.

I just wondered what made it different ? ?

I'll post mine. It looks very similar.
