Forgive me if this is a dumb question but
Does the 220v Master caster come with a plug that is similar to a electric clothes dryer or electric stove?

It comes without a plug. You can then supply one that fits whatever outlet type you have.

Thanks
I was wondering if the only option for this was to hard wire directly to a electrical panel
You can put whatever plug you want on it.
It only pulls about 7 amps at 220
i automated mine and have a 30ft cord that has a 4 prong plug.
My control panel does 120v and 220v. So i use two hots, one neutral and 1 ground.
Its wired to a 20 amp breaker.
The plug i use is the same as the generator so i can plug it straight to the generator if i need to cast when we don't have power.

So Hatch your running it 220v?
i run my MC at 220v as well....dedicated plug so as to not allow any other devices on the circuit...BUT, i only have a 24" cord....can't cast "remote" like Hatch can...LOL

I got mine set on a roll around cart. I can roll it outside if i want to.
The fan and pot is 220v.
If you have access to 220 then i would recommend that is what you use.
It uses less amperage to run so the wire size you need is smaller.
You could set it up for a common house dryer plug.
I only ran a 4 conductor cable because i wanted to use 120v in my panel. I could of used a larger panel and a 240 to 120 transformer.
Look there are many ways something can be wired.
