    Lyman customer service question

I recently aquired a used Lyman Universal Power Trimmer. It does not work. My question is, would it be worth sending to Lyman? They are so backed up right now I thought I'd ask here first before contacting them.

Send it back. All industry should treat their customers the way the manufacturers in the reloading industry treat their customers. I have never heard anything negative about the customer service of Dillon, (the only one ive had to call) Lyman, RCBS, Redding ,Hornady etc

send it back but dont contact them first. Ive done it that way and they seem to be more apt to fix it once its there to get it out of there shop. Ive had good and bad experiences with lyman, probably more bad then good.

Get a estimate to repair it from Lyman. If unreasonable see what you can do to fix it yourself and don't buy from Lyman again.
