Like the title says, does anybody know the load densities for 5.56 loads and 50 grain boolits?

"I have enough ammo and guns to shoot my way into Nevada." - California resident.
I have used a lot of this in 223. 22.5-23grs. Meters great and don't have to use as much as other powders. 23 is max for a 55gr bullet.
23 gr is my go to load with a 55 gr fmjbt
“Don’t carry a gun. It’s nice to have them close by, but don’t carry them. You might get arrested.” (NY )
100% load density in milsurp cases is right at a max load for 50 gr J bullets in my limited testing and loading for H322. Suggest you follow published load data in manuals though as I am not recommending 100% loading density unless it is safely worked up to.
