Anyone know if this feeds in a win 94?
my specials feed perfect but i am having issues finding a bullet that feeds in the longer case.
Thanks,
Jody

i'm gonna take a stab and say this is for a 357 rifle.
if so i would think the nose would be a bit too long.
Yah, it is a longer bullet. But as the 94 is built for the 30-30 i had some hope that it would cycle in the action. i am finding that the short stubbie bullets somtimes bind while feeding.
i dont want to rush out and buy a mold that i dont have any use for, there are two of these molds in the local shop.
I was considering that the longer taper on the profile may cause the bullet to slip in the chamber with more ease. or it may bind and bend the case.

If it is for a .357. you have something of a ****-shoot. SOME .357 Carbines shoot them just fine, others won't. My Rossi shoots them great, but won't feed them from the magazine. An acquaintance shoots them out of a Browning and says they are great. I would try to get a hundred or so and give them a try before I spent any money on a mould. They do work very well in the Contender Carbines, or so I have heard.

If its for a 357 mag rifle it probly will not function through the action I know for sure it wont on a Marlin 357 mag rifle . Another possiblity is single load or try loading it in a 38 special case ?
However this is one of the best bullets for the 35 cal handgun or rifle, ive shot thousands from a single shot pistol and a friend used them in his FA 357 mag that has a long cyl than normal.
the frame is for the longer rounds.
the carrier/the carrier stop and feed rails however are not.
Ok i Just ordered the NOE 360 180Gr. WFN RG4 GC
They didnt have pb for this in stock so if the GC's go much higher i will have to get the tooling to make them myself. or ream out the base of the mould.
Hope my rifle likes these.

popped into the local shop, lyman GC 55 bucks, hornady GC 25 bucks. Both 1000 piece boxes. Both made by hornady. That lyman box was pretty tempting thoe....but i resisted.

Gator GC's $20 per 1,000 for 358 GC's if I recall.
my rifles love the NOE 360-180 GC boolits.
Killed two deer with my Win 94 in 360DW with this boolit.
and the HP version out of my 35 whelen really 'chunked' a ground hog.
It feeds in a Winchester 94. BB 356 Winchester.

From my marlin 357 mag rifle , for my plinking load i normaly use a GB lee 180 gr gc wfn without the gas ck installed for loads in the 1,100 fps range with excellent results .
it feeds fine in my 94 legacy 357.The throating allows me also to shoot some 250g rifle bullets. The 94's in 357 can take longer OAL than the Marlins.

Did you crimp it in the groove to feed in 94 Legacy?
