I've had this '96 Impala SS for a few years and enjoy it when the weather is good.
When it's even nicer outside I have this '87 K100RS
and late last year I had this built for me
It's an XL size Lynskey R230 titanium frame with Shimano Ultegra components, DT Swiss wheels, Cris Kings ceramic bearings, Terry Ti-gel seat, Windham Road Scholar handbar and assorted carbon fiber parts.

Above is the link to my original post in this thread. Below is what happens when someone impatient makes a left in front of you in a 3 day old Camaro. This happened last week. Totaled my truck, bent the frame pretty bad in the engine compartment, insurance says the frame is worth more than the truck. No one got hurt. I've had that truck for 12 yrs and would have liked to keep it another 12. My daughter was devastated, she will be 16 in May and that was going to be her transportation. Seeing the end result makes me want another one, I know it would keep her safe.

It's good to hear you weren't injured.
Here's my other favorite ride.
I bought it when stationed in San Diego. It's a Japanese steel frame touring bike, SR brand using 'good for it's time' components. It has since had several upgrades.

Here's my fathers '96 Impala SS.
It seems like we have a good chunk of the Impala Owners Group here.

Well, this http://www.impalassforum.com/vBulletin/index.php is yet another forum I belong to. They only made the 4 door rear drive SS for 3 years.
Here is my ride around town...
It is my 1956 Swiss Army Bicycle...does amazingly well on hills despite weighing 45 lbs.
The solid soft lead bullet is undoubtably the best and most satisfactory expanding bullet that has ever been designed. It invariably mushrooms perfectly, and never breaks up. With the metal base that is essential for velocities of 2000 f.s. and upwards to protect the naked base, these metal-based soft lead bullets are splendid.

Forget everything you know about loading jacketed bullets. This is a whole new ball game!
Thanks!...it is good exercise and built to last. I have even taken it on semi-improved trails. Works great...now I just have to come across a Swiss Luger to go with it...
Cars are my first love so this is as good a place as any to start.
The duster family rides...no GM.
All right... My current ride side by side with the one it replaced. Both are incredible, and really are the best therapy money can buy.

My '92 Wrangler. It was bone stock the day I bought it back in '04. 3 1/2" lift, Dana 35 Super rear axle, 4:88-1 gears, detroit locker, Mile Marker 8000lb winch, full roll cage, 62mm throttle body. This is my daily driver. It has 156,000 miles on it and still starts at -20 F with no problem and doesn't burn a drop of oil even with all those miles.
