    Ok Buckshot, you win.
7.62NATO - because shooting something twice with 5.56NATO is just plain silly.

    Trapdoor Springfields

Infantry models of 1870, 1873, 1884 and 1888. The lone Rolling Block in 50/70 is a US Navy Model of 1870.

    Bigbuckeye,
Is that an original scope on yer M1 Garand? It sure looks nice on that Garand. BC

This is my Milsup basic collection. I've grown very fond of the 1888 Commision rifles. Pictured is my best original but I also have two other complete rifles and two barreled actions.

    Top to bottom,

    K98

    1891 Danzig Commision rifle

Turk Model 35/38 Commision rifle. Front band missing, anyone have one?

    ERA P14

    Springfield 1898 Krag

All the pictured rifles have like new bores. My other Commision rifles have Excellent , 2 very good and one with a poor but, shootable bore.

My favorite rifle is the Finnish M39 VKT 1944. It shoots better than I can, it never ceases to amaze me.

    Nice rifles all.

Skeet, those Finns really shoot well. They put some nice usable sights on them, good barrels and a more usable stock.

Just for fun, here are a few 1903s and a Krag

All of 'em have great bores and shoot cast boolits well.

I got my wife one in 7.62. She loves it. No sights, just scoped out.
Fits her like a glove with perfect balance.
I am glad she got it.

Not too old yet but here's my Cugir PSL and a group while sighting in at 100m

Bought it shortly after they stopped making them so I wont be letting go of this guy any time soon. Such a blast (pun intended) to shoot also!
