I wanted to post here on the shotgun section because this pertains to a needed part for my old RCBS 12 gauge die set. I got this a few weeks back and found it to be missing the wad guide support bushing #1. I called RCBS knowing that these have been out of production for a long time. I had the part no. and would you believe they had one and sent it to me at NO CHARGE. I have shown a photo of the bushing shown in front of the die. No complaints from me on RCBS.
I believe it. I have an old powder measure that is no longer in production. they found a hopper and sent it to me no charge as well. Great People to deal with.
