I have been a lurked for a while and have decided that a sizer is where money is best spent in casting. I was going to order a star sizer, but I didn't see them for sale anywhere. Is the only way to buy one is to call magma and order over the phone?

The only place to buy one new:

I got mine from Magma. You might find a used one around somewhere but I found it easier to just go new.
You'll see them at auction on Ebay quite regularly, with prices ranging from approx. 175 - 225 dollars. The drawback is you don't know if its broken, etc. -- IMO, if I wee going to spend 200+ dollars, I would go the extra 50 bucks and get one brand new from Magma.
Buy new from Magma!
May expect a few week wait, but well worth it! While waiting, order your dies from Lathesmith.

Well, I am use to waiting. I am still waiting on my suppose to have shipped two weeks ago dillon 650. I wish I could just order online, but I guess I'll call them next week.
a star and a 650, some boolits are gonna fly..
FYI, they're running 2-3 weeks behind (so they said, when I ordered). I cant wait!
I've been fighting the urge to call and ask for a status update every couple days.
Everyone is sick and either at home or in the hospital at Magma. I went by Friday and there was only 3 people at work and Sylvia was frantic. There were lots of sizers in different states of assembly along with lots of Master Pots and Master Casters that are waiting on heater blankets.

And you did not offer to help out? The shame..
Well grafs called and they are shipping my 650xl today. I have 2k precision delta bullets to feed it, but that won't keep up with the rest of my components. I really want to get casting, I think I am going to go with the 120g TC and 125g RN molds from lee to try out and .357 sizing dies...
