    25 Cal Heavy wt GB

Finally, the 25 Cal GB that as been asked for.

NOTE: for those who are interested in the lighter wt boolit, the plain base option that will wt approximately 85gr. If you want this you must know that it has a long nose for the body. Since you can only have one nose and then try to adapt it to several boolit lengths the long nose on the shortest boolit will be a trade off for making the nose an appropriate length for the heavier boolits.

Here is one picture that will outline the lengths that will be available.

Here is a link to the thread that started this.
    http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?t=92400

The 85gr will be plain base, no you cannot get it GC'ed, sorry.

2 cavity moulds are $72 ea.
3 cavity moulds are $79 ea.
4 cavity moulds are $85 ea.
5 cavity moulds are $92 ea.

1 cavity hp on the above moulds $35, extra pins $1.50

    Hi:
How well would this bullet work in a model 94 in 25-35. Would I be able to load the magazine tube or would it have to single shot.

    Thanks,

    Terryt

Beagle will be along to answer this but I know he designed this boolit to be compatable with all .25's that are out there.

terryt......When I first went over the bullet design with DJ my intent was for a bullet for the 25-35. The OAL should work in lever guns. There is no crimp groove though, that doesn't effect me as I'll be loading in a single shot but I did ask several times for lever gun owners to pipe up if they wanted a crimp groove. It wouldn't affet the SS shooters either way. Depending on you OAL needs for the Win 94 you can taper crimp a bit or crimp just over the shoulder but I see no problems with it feeding in a lever gun.
