    pedersoli rocky mountain hawkin

    here's a couple of the pedersoli rocky mountain hawkin in maple and walnut the maple one is us $845 and the walnut one is us$650.i think i would spend the extra $195 and get the maple one. plus the maple one is browned on the barrel and furnature is coular cased with beter wood than thewalnut one.the walnut one is browend barrel and coular cased furnature. the spec's are below the pic's

    Halfstock w/ Hawken style cheeckpiece. Satin finish. 32 3/4" length. 3 1/4" drop with 13 3/4" trigger pull. Caliber is .54, browned 34 11/16" octagon barrel w/ 1" flats. Hook breech and broached rifling .011" deep. 1 in 65" twist. 7 land - .540 and 7 grooves - .562. Front sight - blued steel base w/silver blade, 3/8" dovetail. Rear sight - blued steel buckhorn open style w/push elevator, 3/8" dovetail. Percussion #11 cap. Features color casehardened furniture. Double set/double phase trigger. Recommended load 80 grains of 2F powder, .530 round ball with .015 patch. Manufactured by Pedersoli/Italy.

    Very nice, authentic-looking pieces. The Pedersoli muzzleloaders I've seen and shot were well-made guns....
