Here is pic of a scratch built percussion pistol I put together back in the late 1970's. The barrel is made from the brass stem of a frost free valve.
I gave it to my brother a few years later, all he did with it was build a shadow box for display and there it has remained, he has never fired it.
............Hangfire, that is a VERY nice looking well balanced appearing little pistol. I like those accouterments too. Obviously they were meant to accompany the pistol? How big is the bore?
Looks like you did a good job. What do they say? It's pleasing to the eye?

Was a .36, and the trappings were made for it. One has to look close, but can be seen in my belt from pic back in 1981.
