    Annealing

If I were to anneal a Lee case trim cutter(they are hardened) would that soften it enough to drill and tap to be used in or with my RCBS trim mate?

    Thanks

me thinks to get it soft enuff to D&T you`ll affect the cuttin end.

for large batches i just chuck the cutter asm in the drill press & use flat stock for a stop , just hold tite & don`t try to "hog" it too much!!
