Perfectly Joe! The one I have was for reducing the nose and typically the first driving band of .30cal. CB's so that they could be seated longer in the K-31. They do this well and with little effort, but need a light coating of lube so one doesn't get stuck in the die. For ex., I used to seat Ly. #311291 and Lee C-309-180-1R to ~2.78" OAL in order to get some engagement with the lands and still be able to close the bolt without undue pressure [from the heel of my hand]. Using the bump die, I can seat most designs to 2.90" - 2.92" and still get engraving and easy closing of the bolt. Accuracy is unchanged and generally excellent.
Btw, you may want to PM Joe Brennan if he hasn't already written to you as he's interested in some sort of .30cal. bump die which will fit the Ly. #450 lube-sizer.
Marvin: Glad to hear it works for you, Fixed Joe B. up, Thanks
