Major Douglas Wesson, using factory loads, which were a 158 gr. soft lead bullet, traveling 1515 fps, from an 8 3/4" barreled S&W, producing 812 ft. lbs of muzzle energy.
Antelope - 200 yards (2 shots)
Elk - 130 yards (1 shot)
Moose - 100 yards (1 shot)
Grizzly Bear - 135 yards (1 shot).
It kind of makes one wonder, why today, it will bounce off anything bigger than a rabbit

Grips came in quite a bit ago, been WAY behind on posting feedback. They look and feel great on my 25-5.
I would like to thank Mattellis2 he is a straight shooter all the way. I swapped rifles with Matt, he was very prompt with his replies, described his rifle accurately, did what he said, and shipped quickly. Very pleased at my end and hope he is likewise.
I have just completed some swappin' and buyin' with 2ndAmendmentNut. I must say that Will is a very fair and honest guy. During the course of the deal we had several variations that we discussed. I appreciated his willingness to work until a deal was struck. You won't be disappointed if you have an opportunity to work a deal with him. He is a straight shooter for sure.

I received a TC barrel from 2ndAmendmentNut today. It was in flawless condition without even the normal wear marks you see on most encore barrels. I could tell from the care Will used in packing the shipment that this was not his first rodeo when it comes to being a good shipper. Thanks Will for a very pleasant buying experience.
