I was in Randall's the other day. They have a fair amount of different powders in stock there. The prices are a bit high, but they have stock. RE7 was about $28/lb.

I ran some errands down in the Tempe/Mesa area today. Before heading home, I stopped in at Bass Pro for a quick look-see. They had the following powders on the shelf -
