    '03-a3......( as oppose to an a303)

    gun is cleaned, slugged the chamber end.......
    and the answer is
    0.303"x 0.311"
    this seats the HBC at 3.393" oal
    will try shooting some bullets "as cast"...not sure if i kept any fat moulds...
    looks like i'm gonna do some beagle casting.....
    any other suggestions ???
    only accurate rifles are interesting

    Try the Lyman 314299 cast out of wheelweights and sized 0.313".

    as luck would have it....314299 is sitting right behind me..... i went looking after i posted here, and there it was.....i sold off most my moulds late last yr, was not sure what i had left.....
    now to see where the fit in the throat

    Mike, 16.0 gr. 2400, LOA 3.30" (just touches rifling), no filler needed, 1480 fps. Enjoy!
