Lest We Forget

Just got back from the ANZAC Day parade.
Once more a good turn out and it is good to see so many young people come down and especially those that march with their families ribbons.

"They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them."

There was a movie that really inspired me in my early youth. It was called Gallipoli, and was about the ANZACS. It starred Mel gibson in his early years. It gave me a deep appreciation of the Austrailian and New Zelanders who fought so hard in that brutal arena.

I wish you and your organization the best for keeping the memory of those men and their actions alive. People like You are what make their actions worth the doing and show that they fell for a good reason, the safety and appreciation of their countrymen.
