    Mihec .453 single cavity HP

I went to the range today and got a chance to try some of the Mihec .453 boolits. They were shot off a sand bag sitting down at 25 yards.

Boolit: Mihec .453 aprox 202 grains lubed
    Sized at .452
    Lube: Jakes Purple
    Case: Starline
    Powder 5.3 grains W231
    Primer: Wolf Large pistol
    OAL: 1.210
    Gun: S&W 625 revolver with 5' Barrel
Recoil: Moderate to Light (Keep in mind heavy gun)

Not bad, for a three shooter. I have similar results with two of his molds, .453 & .455

We can only hope he continues to build more molds for us.

Are we talking 45 ACP? "Primer: Wolf small pistol"
    Nice S&W.

Heck, I just thought you had some Starline with the small primer pocket. You never know. It looks like your wheel gun likes this boolit, did you size it or shoot it as cast and lubed?

Just curious what your as cast diameter is, I haven't seen much feed back yet on the molds other than minor adjustments. Mine drop as advertised.

    Enjoy.
