I bought one of Ray's small ladles. It is well made and will be perfect for what I wanted. He was a gentleman all the way with the sale and followed up to be sure I was happy.

In regard to Ray's "Smelting Tools":

Received my skimmer and molds today (one day service... Lightning fast from NH to CT).

I requested a longer handle on the skimmer, and Ray did this for me at no extra charge. I asked all sorts of questions in regard to the gauge of steel and whatnot, and Ray responded very quickly to my PM's. SERVICE DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!

High quality material and workmanship. And I feel the prices are very, very reasonable - a bargain in my book!!!!

I thank Ray (and Vicki) for providing super products and very professional service!

STRAIGHT SHOOTERS for sure!

Ordered a large ladle and skimmer from Ray. Don't know how I did without it before. Did 150# Anchor today with them. Filled my 6 qt pot to the rim. Ladle make quick work of it about 6 lbs at a time.

I contacted Ray a few weeks ago about making me a custom tool. As many of you know, trying to make something from a word description, rather than a picture, is often an exercise in futility. Ray stuck with me though, asked the right questions and sent me exactly what I had envisioned, and all at a more than fair price. Thank you Ray, I can't recommend your services highly enough!!

I asked Ray if he could make me some custom molds (smaller sized cavities) and no problem!

I ordered 3, and within a week, they arrived on my doorstep. There was a slight delay, Ray was not feeling well, so he couldn't make them "right away". Well, getting them within a week was fast enough for me.

I've been using Ray's molds for my ingots derived from WW lead for quite a few months now, and they are easy to handle and pack. So, I was delighted when he could make the custom sized, smaller cavity molds.

THANKS AGAIN RAY. You are the best!!!

I got the items this weekend. Are you sure you don't hate money? I don't know how you could profit on this stuff. The workmanship is incredible and the materials are the highest quality around.

The small ladle is exactly what I needed to get the last drops out of my pot when the large ladle is just too big.

The ingot mold is impressive to say the least. You're my guy Ray. You're my guy.
