    Lyman gas checks

    I normally use Hornady checks but right now no one has 44 cal in stock and unfortuneatly DJ's corner showed they were out only 10 hours after they were listed. So I ended up ordering some Lyman checks to hold me over. My question is do the new Lyman checks crimp on? I have read some conflicting info. One thread said the new ones do crimp on but another said they had problems with them coming off.

    From what I have heard the Lyman checks are made by Hornady. Blammer had some Gator checks for sale on the site. Gator checks are an excellent product in my book.

    Yes the Lyman's are now made by Hornady and the Lyman list price is slightly more than Hornady's.
