Powder Valley is the first place I'd look. Google is your friend.

I've bought from Powder, Inc and Crater Fireworks and perused the BACo and Coonie's Explosives catalogs. If there's any significant difference between them in the to-your-door cost, I haven't discovered it.

Some places have a higher price (per pound or per 10 or 25 lbs), but shipping is free; others have an apparently lower prices on the same quantities, but once the shipping and processing costs are added, it's essentially the same as the other places. I had high hopes that the introduction of Olde Eynsford would result in competition that would lower prices for Swiss, but alas for my hopes there.

When I make up a black powder order, and notice how the price has increased since my last order, I console myself that at least I'm not a trap&skeet shooter, and I don't own a boat. Those hobbies are really expensive! I buy in 25-lb mix-and-match quantity, as the best price per pound is there. And those big cartridges horn the stuff like cocaine anyway, so every reloading session uses up a pound or so, at least for me. Not like a can of Bullseye, that would last forever.

Since you're in central Indiana, drive down to Friendship and buy it. No shipping or hazmat charges.
