This is happening to me as well, and it looks like it began around the same time as sig2009.
When democracy becomes tyranny, those of us with rifles still get to vote.
Same for me. Requested solutions but no movement for a fix yet.

I received a system email of a reported post @ 11:35 EST today.
I checked the settings of everyone who posted on this thread (before me this entry) and see everything appears to be in order. No messages yet through the contact us form.

This was the same issue I had. I had to change my email to a different email address and now I get responses again.
Same here, no e-mail notification. Used to work fine. Nothing changed on my end. Posted a question about it and only received crickets from admin.
To whom it may concern, after my post I received two PMs, both of which I got an email notification. Whatever you did, it seemed to have worked!

Well I’m not gonna take the chance of switching back to my old Hotmail account and not getting emails again and getting locked out so I’ll take your word for it.

I'm not receiving email notifications, either. This is happening both with subscribed threads and private messages.
Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

If your email in the system is correct then I don't know what to tell you besides the system is sending out emails, I get them multiple times per day.

I know it sucks to change emails, but that’s what I did and I get emails instantly again when somebody replies to a thread here that I’m subscribed to. I checked my spam and junk when I was going through it myself with no luck. The only way to fix it to change to a different email address.

I did just change my registered email address to my work email, so could someone please reply to this thread to see if notifications begin coming again? If they do, I'll then change my email address back to my personal one to see if it "stays fixed".
For some unknown reason, mine started working correctly again for no apparent reason.
Ok,...don't get all over my butt for this. But yes, I checked my spam folder,...and there they were. Which is stupid, because I NEVER mark anything as spam unless VERY carefully to avoid exactly this sort of thing. Obviously something changed on the sending end to cause the spam filter to flag them and cause that error. And the fact that nearly everyone in this thread began to experience it at about the same time is strong evidence of that.
But I was able to go into the spam settings and specifically identify emails from here as NOT spam and now I'm getting notices again.

If you are not getting email notifications then it is going to be 2 things.
(1) Spam folder - "webmaster@gunloads.com" is the email address everything comes from. Add is to your "white list"
(2) configuration issue with your settings (this happens from a glitch or a accidental change)
Most likely your email provider has marked the emails as spam or junk.
In the RARE (as in never happens) case that your settings are changed then this is what I recommend you do prior to contacting staff.
Click on your name in the upper right corner.
Click on USERCP (user control panel)
Click on GENERAL SETTINGS
Look at the section labeled "Messaging & Notification"
It should look like this
If it does then uncheck everything that deals with emails and save. Then check it all again and save.
This will reconfigure your settings and overwrite any potential incorrect data.
Please note - if you change your email and DO NOT verify it then you will be locked out.
You will be stuck in "awaiting email confirmation"
AEC means you will not be able to do anything while logged in.
No PM's , no posting, no reading, nothing.
I am sorry but this is setup this way to deal with spammers and it has been working great this way.
The only way to fix this besides verifying your email is to get on Facebook and post something in the FB CB page
I have had to fix 3 people in the past day that had locked themselves out.
Don't like being hammered by the Cast Boolits Staff, then don't be a nail.
The rules are simple to follow.
I did all that, and I was still locked out with my original email address that I’ve had for decades and have used here since I joined in 2017. My emails also were not marked as spam. It’s like they completely vanished. Maybe my Hotmail provider blocked the emails from here and didn’t even put them in my spam folder. anyways, the only way I could get notification from here again was changing to a new email address. I can switch back to my old email address but I know I’m gonna be pulling my hair again bugging people here trying to figure out how to get back in because I’m gonna get locked out again. I would rather have my old email address back up and running through here.
