This isn't terrible advice. It'll cover almost everything from pistols up to bolt action rifle, and a few intermediate autoloading rifles.

I can use Unique, 2400 and 700X for all of my rifles (with the exception of the 45-70.. that I know of)
    30.06, 7mm Mag, 30-30, 300 sav... etc..

    I love these 3

Rex 3 pretty much fills the bill.
The solid soft lead bullet is undoubtably the best and most satisfactory expanding bullet that has ever been designed. It invariably mushrooms perfectly, and never breaks up. With the metal base that is essential for velocities of 2000 f.s. and upwards to protect the naked base, these metal-based soft lead bullets are splendid.

Forget everything you know about loading jacketed bullets. This is a whole new ball game!

Where can you get Rex 3? I haven't seen any Rex for sale in forever, give or take a decade.

I get my best rifle loads with 5744. Pistol doesn't seem to matter much.

So I'm curious, say IF a company came out and said they wanted to make , say 2-4 powders made SPECIFICALLY for cast . Brand new from the ground up formulated ect What would make ideal powders for us ?

What I'm thinking would be to have two for pistol, one small case one large. And the same for rifle. Now I'm not a pistol guy so can't talk on that. But for rifles mabye something bulky to take up a good bit of case volume...and possibly a slower but still highish burn rate ? At the very least I think a faster burning longer extruded powder would be a good start maybe

And now that I think of it casting for semi autos AR's and the like is becoming pretty popular (least in my age group) mabye some special for that ?

What do y'all think about this?
Not sure what you mean. I use mainly cast bullets when I reload. Many powders do exactly what I want. Maybe you have not been reloading for very long? Most powders are designed specifically for cast bullets.
