Thumbs up I made greasy taco meat!!!!!!!

    Drained off the grease.
    Seasoned up well enough.
When it cools down, I'll put it in freezer bags for instant meals.

Why did you drain off the tasty grease? Just put a few tablespoons of Masa flour at the end and it soaks it all up and thickens everything.

    Works for chili too.

It was 3 pounds of ground beef in a tube.
    Cooked in a 4qt. pot.
I added two cups of water to help break it down.
With the seasonings and all, it wasn't pure grease at the end.
