    Bushnell "Custom" 2.5 x 20 scope

    Hello, all! I have a vintage (1970?) Bushnell scope. Gloss 1" tube, engraved "Bushnell 2.5 x 20 Custom", stamped "Japan", and B&L within an oval. Serial # is E10141. I have already mounted it on my Remington 721, but of course would be interested in any tidbits of its history that you gurus can provide.

    The Bushnell 2.5x20 Custom was made from 1968-75. It has a 4.75" eye relief. Field of view is 49 ft. at 100 yds. Not much else I can add.
